For the 5th year we have trusted Kidz Party for an excellent time for my kids summer birthday parties! When given the choice of what they want and want to do the first thing out of their mouth is a water slide. The website is extremely easy to use and the guys that come to set up/take down are the nicest and most helpful. This year there were storms predicted and they so nice to help us figure the best place to put the slide as well as answered any questions we had about what to do if it did start to storm. I always will recommend them for not only the excellent service you receive but also the well maintained products they provide! Five stars isn’t enough to rate this company and their employees!! ~ Cristin C

My Kidz Party Zone rental experience was a breeze, from picking out the bounce house to ordering to texting directly with the business about best setup times the day before to the crew arriving to set it up for my daughter's 3rd birthday party. We got one of the combo options with the slide plus bounce house. Because her birthday party was on Saturday, the crew set up the bounce house on Thursday afternoon and left it all weekend, which was cool. My daughter was calling it "her bounce house" by the time they came back to pick it up. The setup crew was really courteous and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this business for all your bounce house needs. If I had one single complaint it would be that there were some unexpected fees at the end of the rental reservation process that pushed the cost a bit higher than I would have liked. ~ Kati B

This is by the BEST company! This is the second year I have used them and both year I rented equipment on a weekend (sunday). Both times they messaged me 1-2 days ahead of time since they were in my general area to see if they could go ahead and drop off, at no extra charge! So both times my son got from Friday til Monday with the bouncy for only the price of one day! SUPER friendly staff and very communicative! I couldn’t be happier with using this company and I won’t be using any other company for my party equipment rentals! Thank You guys for simply being the BEST! There were lots of options to choose from in terms of products. I rented an 18’ water slide. It looks exactly as it does on the product photo. I received text communications, and email to confirm the details of my order. When I needed to make a change, I messaged Tony and he took care of the changes! I received notification the day before and the day of the event. My final notice was when the delivery men were 30 minutes away for setting up. The two men who delivered and set up the water slide were very nice, and had very good customer service. They made sure the slide was placed to your preference and asked if we needed their assistance with anything else and concluded set up by confirming pick up time. I am very grateful for Kidz Party Zone. Their products are great, they’re reliable, and have exceeded expectations with their customer service! This is our second time renting this inflatable and it is such a huge hit with the kids. It's definitely my son's favorite! It includes a bouncy house and a huge slide. We had a wide range of ages at our party from 3yrs to 13yrs old and they all enjoyed it! I definitely want to recommend the staff at Kidz Party Zone. They are so easy to work with and very kind. We had to reschedule our event last minute due to weather and they were so kind through everything. They communicated with me the whole time. The delivery crew was punctual and very kind. Absolutely Fantastic Experience with Kidz Party Zone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend Kidz Party Zone highly enough! From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Their customer service is top-notch. They generously helped our PTO stay within budget by offering a discount for booking a second event, which we were truly grateful for! The team provided excellent guidance on the best attractions for our guests, and they did not disappoint. The Dunk Tank, 33ft Rainbow Dual Lane Slip and Slide with Pool, and 16ft Tiki Plunge were huge hits during our Mother/Son Water Wars event, leaving both the mothers and sons thrilled! Delivery was prompt, and they actually arrived at the school before I did, which was impressive. Working with KPZ was wonderful! They went above and beyond to make our experience absolutely fabulous! Quality products, along with helpful and kind employees equals great business! You never have to worry about anything! The Galaxy Away has double slides that made it great for a quick turnaround and super fun for racing! We booked the Venom obstacle course, and it was so much better in person than the online pictures. The guys who set it up were very nice and didn't mind all the questions I asked. Set up did not take long at all, and it was very clean. I think they told me it was the first time they set it up. I went through it several times, and it wore me out. We booked it for a 10 year old birthday party. All the kids, and adults, loved it. We held an obstacle course tournament for the kids, and they were so tired afterward! They were absolutely great with communication, quick and early delivery. I even called a few days later to add on to my rental and it wasn’t a problem. The guys that came to set up were extremely nice and professional. They have great prices and charge by the weekend and not by the day which is a huge blessing to single moms like myself. I will never use another inflatable rental place for my party needs. This is the place to go!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. One super satisfied mom!!! ~ Monica K

We had an amazing experience with Kidz Party Zone Rentals. The slide was the hit of the party with all the kids. The entire rental process was easy and the company was easy to reach by phone to answer all our questions. I called two days before event requested happy birthday bouncy house for ten year old granddaughters bday party and fourteen others. They had a BLAST! The workers set it up perfectly, exactly where I wanted it. Everyone I spoke with were to make it happen were kind and precessional. Reasonable priced! Worth every penny spent to watch a lot of happy, energetic little girls enjoying their time together making precious memories! Found this company on a whim on google and I must say we were thrilled with their customer service and timeliness. The bounce house was for for our daughter's 6th birthday, and her and her friends absolutely loved it. My husband and I even joined in on the fun. Their staff is friendly and punctual. The rental was actually for the entire weekend, which was awesome! We will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them 100% for all your party needs. We rented the 5in1 blue fire dual lane for my sons 4th birthday. We weren't sure if it was going to work in our backyard, so the owner came out the same day we called to make sure it would work. He was very friendly. My absolutely loved the combo bounce house and we had fun getting to play on it with him. The owner is super nice and let us keep the rental for 2 extra days with no extra charge. I will definitely rent from him again very soon. We rented a bouncey house for our daughter’s birthday party. The rental was clean and functioned well. I feel this company was reasonably priced even with the distance delivery compared to the other companies in Huntsville. There were more options on large and fun bouncey houses compared to Huntsville as well. The people that work here are very nice and helpful. There was a problem with our outdoor plugs and they took the time to fix it for us. Great company and we will use them again!! ~ Anna A

We used Kidz Party Zone this past weekend for our daughter's 2nd birthday party and the bouncy house combo we rented was the main attraction! Tony and his team were excellent to work with from the selection to the delivery and pickup. The product was delivered on Friday and easily picked back up on Monday following the party. Great and affordable place to rent bounce houses from. They were on time for delivery, made sure the setup was accurate, and confirmed everything was in order before leaving. The students absolutely enjoyed the Frozen and Snowman bounce homes for our Winter Wonderland. We will definitely be using them in the future. Normally go with another vendor but they were closed so tried them out. Webpage was a little difficult to navigate and figure out which bounce house was available for my event so called and they found me exactly what I needed and had it delivered right out, set up and also returned for pickup with 0 hassle. Also received updates via txt on my pickup and delivery times. Also check ins and follow ups that I don’t get from my usual vendor. ~ Jonathan T

From arriving on base and setting up, to ensuring everything was fully operational, and then handling teardown—they made my job significantly easier while I managed the rest of the event. Kidz Party Zone was great, the communication and customer service went above and beyond! The delivery folks were in communication from the time they departed their location letting us know they were on the way, when they were minutes away and when they’d finished setup. We rented 25 tables and 50 chairs for our event. Tony was super helpful working with us. Delivery was on time and well communicated. The white folding chairs were very nice - lightweight yet very sturdy. The tables were all the white plastic type and many were in “like new” condition. Rented the shark bounce house/waterslide combo for my son's birthday. It was perfect for the 15 kids (age 2 - 16) that attended. Due to the vendor schedule, they were able to come a day early to set up and it didn't cost extra. The slide was a huge hit at the party. Reservation process was super easy and set-up was quick. The owner stayed in contact right up to the set-up. We will definitely use them again! ~ Kristi N
